To all Telfair Baptist Association churches:
I pray all is well! I want to thank you for your continued patience and prayers as our committee has worked to find an Associational Missionary Strategist (AMS) for the Telfair Baptist Association. We are excited to let you know we will be presenting Brother Mike Deloach during our Fall Association meeting to serve as our AMS. Mike’s Resume is included for your review. Our fall meeting will be at 6:00pm Sunday, September 7th at McRae First Baptist Church. In preparation for the meeting, we are asking each church to present their messengers that will attend the meeting. According to the Association Bylaws, each church shall be entitled to three (3) messengers for membership of fifty (50) or less and one additional messenger for each additional twenty-five (25) members or fractional part thereof, not to exceed ten (10) messengers from any church. Please bring the enclosed Messenger form with you to the meeting. Please keep in mind, although Association meetings are open to all and everyone is encouraged to attend, only Messengers from each church can vote. In the event a messenger is unable to attend, a replacement is allowed. Please continue to be in prayer for our association. I truly believe God has great things in store as we move forward. If you have any questions please let me know. I can be reached anytime @ 912-424-6417. Again, I thank you for your prayers and certainly look forward to seeing everyone in September.
