Our Vietnamese Dominican nuns were the first Dominican nuns to get to meet our new Master as Master. Here they are pictured with him and Fr. Joseph Dinh, the General Secretary of the General Chapter. The Vietnamese Province is doing a beautiful job hosting the General Chapter.

We have a prioress!

Yesterday, at 3:00 PM Bishop Joseph Strickland concelebrated the Mass of the Holy Spirit with our chaplain, Fr. John Lydon, O.P. He then presided over our prioral election. We elected Sister Mary Margaret of the Cross, O.P. as our 11th prioress. (Our prioresses are elected for three-year terms and can be immediately re-elected for another three years.) Please pray for Sister and all of us. The new prioress makes job assignments for the next three years.

We are all familiar with Saints Francis of Assisi and San Padre Pio on having the gift of the stigmata.

Get to know some members the Dominican Order who were also privileged to have been able to share in the Passion of Christ through his wounds.
