Christ Congregational Church invites you to join us upon Christmas Eve at 11:00 p.m. for a “Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols.” First conceived as a gift to the British people by Cambridge University in 1918, in this wonderfully simple act of worship we read from Holy Scripture the story of the loving purposes of God from the first days of our disobedience unto the glorious Redemption brought us by the Holy Babe lying in a manger and make both our Sanctuary and hearts glad with carols of praise.

Join us this Sunday, July 3rd, at 10:45 a.m., as we gather for worship on the Fourth Sunday after Pentecost. Our minister, the Reverend Randall Green, will be preaching a sermon based on Luke 9:51-56, entitled, “Lessons in Rejection." We will also honor the Declaration of Independence of these United States by singing some wonderful patriotic hymns and by joining in prayer for our country.

Join us for festival worship this Sunday, April 17th, at 10:45 a.m., as we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our minister, the Reverend Randall Green, will be preaching a sermon based on I Corinthians 15:1-4, entitled, “First Principles” and the Christ Church Chorale and Chamber Orchestra will offer an anthem based on John Rutter’s setting of the beloved Shaker tune, “Lord of the Dance.”

Join us for our observance of Holy Thursday tonight at 6:00 p.m. The oldest liturgy of the Christian Church, this poignant worship service commemorates the institution of the sacrament of the Supper and recalls events which transpired in the Upper Room hours before our Lord’s death on the cross on Good Friday.
