Welcome to Compass Kids Ministry! Compass Kids serves children from nursery though 5th grade.

Driven by the mission of CWC, it is our passion to partner with families to see their children receive the message of salvation through Jesus Christ and to see them develop into fully developed followers of Christ. We accomplish this mission through our Sunday morning and Wednesday evening experiences, summer camp and events, and other exciting things just for kids throughout the year. We have vo

lunteers who lead our children that are “checked out” to provide a safe environment for your child. These volunteers endeavor to provide creative, age appropriate Bible teaching and to apply it to their daily lives.

🚨🥧 TOMORROW IS THE DAY!!! 🥧🚨

The Compass Kids TITHE WAR has officially come to an end… and tomorrow we FINALLY find out WHO WON! 👀🏆💰

But let’s be real… everybody is waiting to find out something else:

😳 WHO. IS. GETTING. PIED?! 🥧😂

The losing team — or maybe even TEAMSSSS 👀 — will be taking a nice, fluffy PIE TO THE FACE! 🤣

Our kids have done an AMAZING job giving, and we’re so proud of them! Every dollar given goes toward making a difference and building God’s Kingdom. ❤️🙌

So bring your kids, bring your excitement, and maybe bring a towel… because somebody is leaving church a little more whipped-creamy than they came. 😂🥧

We’re especially excited to hear all about their new school year—the new teachers, new friends, and all the adventures from their first few days back! 📚✏️🍎

🎒✨ BACK TO SCHOOL, COMPASS KIDS! ✨🎒

Today the rest of our Compass Kids head back to school, and we are covering every single one of them in PRAYER! 🙏❤️

We are praying for God’s protection over them — on the bus, in the car, in the hallways, in their classrooms, on the playground, and everywhere they go.

We are praying for a safe and amazing school year, for their minds to learn and grow, for wonderful teachers and friendships, and for God to give them boldness and courage to be exactly who He has called them to be.

But most of all, we’re praying that everything they learned this summer through VBS and Compass Kids doesn’t stay inside the walls of the church.

🌟 Compass Kids, it’s time to SHINE! 🌟

You learned this summer that God has called you to be a light — and now you get to take that light into your schools! Be kind. Love people. Stand up for what is right. Encourage someone who needs it. Pray for your friends. Don’t be afraid to talk about Jesus.

Parents and families, before the craziness of this first morning takes over, stop for just a moment and pray together. Lay a hand on your babies and pray over their school year. Ask God to protect them, guide them, give them wisdom, and give them the courage to shine brightly for Him.

And Compass Kids, remember:

“You are the light of the world.” — Matthew 5:14 💡

We love you. We’re praying for you. And we cannot wait to see how God uses YOU in your schools this year! ❤️

We can’t wait to see all of our Compass Kids tonight! 💙🧭

School may be starting back, schedules may be getting busy, but there’s no better place to pause in the middle of the week than in God’s presence. Tonight we’re going to worship together, dive into God’s Word, have some fun, and be reminded that we are designed for a purpose! 🙌

If your child has already started school, we’re continuing to pray for an incredible year. If they haven’t started yet, we’re praying God prepares their hearts for the new school year ahead.
