Welcome to Compass Kids Ministry! Compass Kids serves children from nursery though 5th grade.

Driven by the mission of CWC, it is our passion to partner with families to see their children receive the message of salvation through Jesus Christ and to see them develop into fully developed followers of Christ. We accomplish this mission through our Sunday morning and Wednesday evening experiences, summer camp and events, and other exciting things just for kids throughout the year. We have vo

lunteers who lead our children that are “checked out” to provide a safe environment for your child. These volunteers endeavor to provide creative, age appropriate Bible teaching and to apply it to their daily lives.

Tonight we’re diving deeper into what we learned on Sunday as we talk about Peter and John and how they refused to let pressure stop them from sharing Jesus! 🙌🔥

Sometimes life can feel hard or scary, but we’re learning that with God’s help, we can stand strong, keep going, and boldly live for Him no matter what comes our way. 💪✨

It’s going to be a fun night full of learning, laughter, friends, and Jesus! We can’t wait to worship and grow together tonight. 🫶

Hey kiddos!! 💛📚

We know this week is a big one with GMAS testing, and we want you to know something super important… we are praying for YOU! 🙏✨

Remember what we’ve been learning—the Holy Spirit is in you! That means you are never alone. When you feel nervous, unsure, or tired… you can keep going because He is right there helping you every step of the way. 💪🔥

Don’t forget our bottom line this month:
👉 “Keep going because of what God has done.”

God has already done so much in you, and He’s going to help you through this too! We’re praying that He gives you peace, confidence, and calm minds during your tests. 🕊️💙

✨ Midweek Recap + Reminder ✨

Last night we took some time to look back at what we learned on Sunday… and it was SO good! 💛

We talked about how we have the Holy Spirit living in us, and because of that we can have:
🕊️ Peace when things feel overwhelming
💖 Love for others (even when it’s hard)
😊 Joy that doesn’t depend on our situation
💪 Self-control to make the right choices

How amazing is it that we’re never doing life alone? 🙌

🎉 AND Pastor Tab made a deal with the kids! 🎉
If they can come up to her this Sunday or Wednesday and say:
👉 “Holy Spirit, help me… and He will!”
they’ll get a special prize! 👏✨

We’re so proud of our kids and how they’re learning to walk this out every day! Parents, keep this conversation going at home—ask your kids which one they’re working on this week! 💬

As our students head into GMAS testing this week, we just want to remind them of what we learned on Sunday…

✨ The Holy Spirit gives us peace — even in the middle of testing. ✨

No matter how big it feels, they are not facing it alone. God is right there with them, calming nerves, bringing clarity, and filling them with confidence.

We are praying over every student this week — for peace in their hearts, calm minds, and strength to do their very best.

We believe in them, and we KNOW they are going to do great! 🙌📚💛
