**Subject:** Join Our Reunion Planning Committee!
I hope this message finds you well. We are excited to announce that we are forming a committee to plan the Mt. Sinai Reunion 2025 at Mt. Sinai in Ludowici, and we would love for you to be a part of it!
The success of this event relies heavily on the dedication and creativity of our volunteers. As a member of the planning committee, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow church members, share your ideas, and help create a memorable experience for everyone.
Here are some of the tasks the committee will be responsible for:
- Brainstorming, organizing, and executing event activities
- Coordinating logistics (venue setup, decorations, etc.)
- Promoting the event within our community
- Ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event
No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to contribute your time and talents. Your involvement, no matter how big or small, will make a significant impact.
Our first meeting will be held via Zoom. The date will be determined in the upcoming meeting weeks.
