Registration is now open for the 2026 New England Regional Single Adult Conference (age 36 and older), which will be held from October 9th - 11th at the Blackstone Valley Stake Center, located at 91 Jordan Road in Franklin MA. Registration is free through September 11th, so if you are planning on attending, please register as soon as possible. The registration link is listed below.

Translation services are available for this Conference in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole. There are flyers in each of these languages attached below, with a QR code containing additional information. The New England Single Adult Conference also has Facebook and Instagram pages.

To celebrate the 250th Anniversary of America and in conjunction with 911 Feed America, our Prophet has asked all stakes to join with many other organizations in feeding America. Our stake will be donating food to our local food pantries.

On Wednesday September 9th, the youth and ward members across our stake will distribute grocery bags in their neighborhoods with flyers attached, asking for food donations to local pantries. On Saturday September 12th, the bags will be picked up and delivered to the those pantries. Our wards are organizing the members to help accomplish this task. If you have not been notified of this, please contact your Young Women's President and offer your services. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Today beginning at 10:30 MDT, there will be an Announcement Event regarding the theme for the Salt Lake Temple Celebration, which runs through October 1, 2027. It will be broadcast live on the YouTube link attached below, which is from the Church Newsroom channel. It will also be broadcast on the Church's Instagram and pages. The Announcement Event will be recorded for later viewing.

Reservations open TODAY. The open house to be held April 5-October 1.

Beginning September 1, guests can reserve tickets for Salt Lake Temple open house tours. The six-month Salt Lake Temple Celebration opens in April 2027 and welcomes visitors from around the world.

On Saturday, July 18, close to 40 Springfield Stake Relief Sisters arrived at the Ludlow Building Cultural Hall with mason jars and bowl in hand ready to learn how to make Sourdough Bread.
Vicky Maleko, a veteran bread maker, brought us through the process with kindness and patience from growing a starter to dough that we could bring home to let rise and shape for baking the next day. It got a little sticky sometimes (literally) but everyone had a good time visiting and getting to know each other while learning a new and healthy way to feed our friends and family.
We were able to feast on bread that had been made earlier in the morning as well as bring home a small loaf that Vicky had made for each sister. Our thanks to Sister Maleko for her willingness to share her talents and make this activity a success!

Good morning -- Just a reminder about the watch party being held at the Ludlow Stake Center this Saturday June 27th for the Hollywood Bowl performance of the Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square. There is quite a line-up of performers including Donny Osmond, David Foster, Katharine McPhee and many others. Light refreshments will be served from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m., and the concert will be played from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. We are looking forward to seeing you there!

Mark your calendars for this wonderful upcoming event!

The Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square will be performing at the "Songs of Hope Benefit Concert" at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA on June 24th and 25th. They will be joined by other performers (please see link from the Church Newsroom below), and the performance will be recorded. The concert will be a mixture of patriotic songs, hymns, and modern and classic music.

Our stake will be hosting a watch party at the Ludlow Stake Center on Saturday June 27th. Food will be served from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m., and the concert will be played from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

This is a wonderful oppotunity to invite our friends and neighbors to join us in watching this amazing group of talented Saints.

The Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square and the O.C. Tanner Gift of Music Trust have announced guest artists for the “Songs of Hope Benefit Concert” at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California, in June.

In commemoration of the 184th birthday of the Relief Society on March 13th, the Springfield Stake partnered with the Birthday Wishes Organization to improve and empower the lives of homeless children and their families by providing joy, play and hope throught the magic of a birthday party. "Our birthday parties have the power to make children feel both special and like a 'regular kid'."

The current need was for a "Birthday in a Bag" for one year old children, boys and girls. We were asked to supply: Party themed plates and napkins, a single use table cloth, party hats, Happy Birthday banner, roll of crepe paper streamers, birthday centerpiece, balloons and a gift of new pajamas.

The response of our sisters was generous and overwhelming! Throughout the next 2 months, we collected enough items to complete 30 bags with all the requested items (15 girls and 15 boys).

This is a testimony of our Stake Sisters' willingness to serve those in need in any cirmumstance. The moto of the Relief Society is "Charity Never Faileth". Their love and charity will make a difference in the lives of these children serviced by the Birthday Wishes Organization.
