On Sunday a member of the congregation challenged each and every one of us to get on the same page and pray! Part of this challenge was to use your bathroom as a prayer room. Put a post it note on your mirror and every time you enter the bathroom take time to pray! Metea Baptist Church congregation is praying for direction and guidance with our pastoral search. May the Lord lead the right pastor to us and may our hearts be opened to receive him into our church to guide and grow each of us in our faith journey.

VBS 2026 April 25-26th 4-7:30PM Saturday and 9:30-lunch at 11:30 on Sunday. We are trying something new this year and hope to see as many children as we can. Come to Metea Baptist and be launched on a mission of God's love through the Galaxy.

Due to cold temperatures and forecasted snow there will not be any services or activities at Metea Baptist Church tomorrow Sunday, January 25, 2026. The special business meeting will be now be held next Sunday. Stay warm and stay safe.

Cancellation: Due to drifting snow and extreme cold temperatures there will not be services or activities at Metea Baptist Church tomorrow Sunday December 14. We are hoping to have the Children’s Christmas Play and luncheon next weekend. Stay safe and warm and we hope to see you soon.

VBS at Metea Baptist is Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 9AM-2PM. Come and learn, sing, craft, and play. The begins at 9 and we will finish at 2 PM. There will be lunch provided.

Join us this Holy Week for services Thursday 6PM for a meal, message and communion. Saturday 10AM for our annual children’s celebration and egg hunt. And Sunday morning 8AM for Sunrise Service followed by breakfast and worship at 9:30AM.
