❤️ Happy Grandparents’ Day! ❤️
We are so thankful for our wonderful grandparents at the Lucama Church! What a special blessing they are to our church family. Today, we had the joy of honoring them and reminding them just how special and loved they truly are. They all received a Bojangles gift card.
Some of their grandchildren sent personal videos and heartfelt messages expressing their love and gratitude for their grandparents. We were blessed to share those special messages with our congregation this morning. It was such a sweet time!
We also had two very special winners, and as you can see from the pictures, they were both mighty happy!
We love and appreciate each one of our grandparents and are so thankful for the love, wisdom, prayers, and Godly example they bring to our families and our church.
Happy Grandparents’ Day to all of our grandparents! 💕
You are loved and appreciated beyond measure ! 🌟

The men had their monthly “Men’s Time Out” at Parker’s, and they had a good time of food and fellowship. The women had their “Ladies Time Out” at Golden Corral and went shopping. What a nice time with some of our church family! We missed the ones who could not join us!

What a blessed day! After being fed spiritually with a wonderful message by our pastor: “God Can Do Anything—He Has Not Changed”, we feasted on a delicious meal and scrumptious desserts as we WELCOMED our new pastor, Bro. Mark Lamm, and his wife, Sis. Tonya, and their family. We enjoyed the fellowship, and from all of us at Lucama, we give a great big “WELCOME To Our Patch” Bro. and Sis Lamm 🧡! We love and appreciate you….from all the pumpkins!!

Today we celebrated the “Footprints of a Legacy: honoring Bro. Vernon Morris”. Many of his family members came to hear him preach his final message at the Lucama Church. Bro. and Sis. Morris have truly been a blessing to all the members and visitors at our church. We had a time of sharing, reflecting, and fellowship after morning worship service. God bless you, Bro. and Sis. Morris. Lucama loves you, and our lives are better because of having you in them. Never underestimate the difference you made and the lives you touched.

There will be no Sunday Services July 5, as our annual NC state convention will be this weekend at Browns Summit, NC. All are welcome to attend! Our services will resume Wednesday, July 8. Happy 4th 🇺🇸
