Holy Spirit was founded in 1998 and housed in the Knight's of Colombus Hall amongst cotton fields. Since then, cotton fields have turned to concrete roads and southwest Lubbock has exploded in growth, as has the need for a Catholic parish in this area. We currently have over 1200+ families registered with a thriving CCE religious education program of 300 kids, a Edge Jr. CYO program of 100 plus vi

brant youth alive for Christ, and a model Lifeteen Sr. CYO program with outstanding high school students living for the word of God and serving the Lubbock community through service projects. We have over 50 organizations including an Adult Bible study Sunday's at 9:15, Women's Bible Study, several Adult Faith formation classes, Crusillos movement, and We even have a Zumba class! Try us out this Sunday, and be welcomed home to Christ through the Eucharist at Mass: Saturday, 5PM, Sunday 8AM or 10:30AM.

Last chance to get some of the best fried fish in Lubbock! Our Knights of Columbus will he hosting their LAST fish fry of the year. Plates are $13 each and will be served from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. Take out or Dine In! Credit cards accepted. Plates include fish, hush puppies, fries, cole slaw, dessert and a drink.

The Stations of the Cross have been installed in our Prayer Garden. All are welcome to come Pray the Stations. (The Crucifix is Station XII and the Pieta is Station XIII.)
We will be having our Blessing of the Stations on Wednesday, March 18th at 7:00 PM. Fr. Wesley will then lead us in praying the Stations.
