Lubbock International House of Prayer

Lubbock International House of Prayer Prayer + Worship + Outreach The Lubbock International House of Prayer began operations June 1, 2003.

We believe the Holy Spirit is searching for a generation, both young and old that is abandoned to the pursuit of the heart of God and who will declare His purposes through night and day prayer. We believe that it is His desire to raise up a place in every city where prayer for that city, region, and nation can go forth 24/7. We believe that this will be accomplished by love sick worshippers who wi

ll give themselves to fasting and prayer in the spirit of the Tabernacle of David. Scripture teaches that night and day prayer is crucial if a city is to witness the fullness of revival (Luke 18:7). We find inspiration from the story of Mary of Bethany who extravagantly worshiped Jesus by pouring her alabaster flask of costly perfume onto His body. For this the disciples criticized her, yet Jesus commended her. The Lubbock IHOP desires to provide an atmosphere of continuous worship and intercession so that we can pour out our lives as Mary did her alabaster flask.

120 yrs ago today! Fire fell in Moriah Chapel in Wales that changed the nation and nations of the World!

Now that is something to celebrate!! 🔥

There’s Fire to be had! For those who want it! 🔥

Commencing on Monday night 31st October 1904, a series of prayer meetings were held at Moriah Chapel (Loughor, Wales) in which Evan made urgent appeals to the people to rise and confess Christ publicly. The presence of the Holy Spirit became more powerful and more people confessed the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour. Evan told everyone to pray the same prayer, “O send the Holy Spirit now for Jesus Christ’s sake”. He descended with great fire upon the people present and they prayed until a late hour. So began the Welsh Revival 🔥 DO IT AGAIN LORD!

A Decree Concerning Milton: Hurricane Milton

Lord, we come before you and make an appeal for mercy on Florida! We come in agreement and decree against every force that is empowering this storm called Milton in the Gulf of Mexico! We ask for a sheering wind from the north to disrupt this storm and cause it to diminish to a minimal storm before it lands! We cry out to you for help from all contrary and destructive winds, waves and rain in central and south Florida in Jesus name! We ask for preservation, provision, protection and refuge from this storm for those seeking your help in this season! Lord, put your finger in the eye of Hurricane Milton! We speak Peace Be Still to Milton in Jesus name and ask for grace and wisdom and divine reversals to come to all those in its path in this time of great need of the help from heaven in Jesus name! Let Angels on Assignment and Ministries of Mercy be loosed to help each one crying out to you in this hour! Amen
