The Apostle Paul said, “Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep (Romans 12:15)” which reminds us of our posture as we celebrate Patsy’s home-going in the midst of our personal sorrow. She stands in the full glory of the Lord, a promise made that she knew Jesus keeps.

Please join the family, this Saturday, April 25th in celebrating the life of Patsy Hunt, “Meme” to so many and a treasure to know.

It is with great earthy sadness, but all heavenly hope, that we share the passing of the beloved Patsy Hunt, “Meme,” this afternoon, April 20th.

The promise of stepping into Jesus’ arms was one that Patsy was ready for and knew she would see.

Apostle Paul’s words: “Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep (Romans 12:15)” reminds us of our posture as we celebrate Patsy’s home-going in the midst of our personal sorrow.

Join us in praying comfort over the Hays family, Patsy’s family, and her friends. More information will be shared regarding a memorial service as we have it.

For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism. And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives.
Romans 6:4 NLT

CUPCAKES + CONNECTION | tomorrow, Sunday, 3/29 after service

If you are new, new-ish, old-ish, like cupcakes, need connection, wanting to meet people or prefer avoiding them: we want you to hang out after service for a 30-minute moment of connection. Take some time to meet some new faces and catch up with old friends. Hear more about what we’re doing in the days ahead! PLUS, calories don’t count on Sundays!

We’re saving you a seat at our 10:00am service and looking forward to connecting with you after!

If you are someone who is living in the aftermath of the death of a dream, I have a word for you tomorrow at New Hope.

I promise the answer isn’t toxic positivity. I promise it’s practical. I promise it will challenge you, but it might just help you hope again for your future.
