A quieter moment from Abraham Enriquez’s Sunday stop at Dwelling Place Church in Lubbock may have said more than the podium did. Among the scenes from inside the church was a one on one conversation between Enriquez and a young attendee, a moment that stood out for its personal tone and direct connection.

In a political season often dominated by speeches, mailers, and campaign stops, the image offered a different picture. Rather than moving quickly through the room, Enriquez appeared to stop and engage the child face to face inside the sanctuary, turning part of the visit into a more personal exchange.
