"My Family Lives with PTSD" is a book to help parents have the hard discussion of what to do when triggers occur, how to feel safe, and how to discuss PTSD safely. This book is written for children ages 5-7, using words they can understand. It is especially helpful for parents, churches, therapists, and counselors. Also available is the companion Activity Book to help keep the conversation going and to provide an outlet for the children.

"My Family Lives with PTSD Companion Book" is a book to help parents keep the conversations going, discussing triggers, feeling safe at home, and how to communicate safely while providing an outlet for the children. This companion book goes one step further by giving families activities and tracking pages to help identify what causes triggers and when appointments are.
