We hope the School year is off to a great start! Here at Journey Church, we are excited to kick off our Journey Kids Wednesday Nights beginning September 9th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm. We are starting this season with a fun Back-to-School kickoff. This will be for kids grades Kindergarten through 3rd Grade.

Kids in 4th-6th Grades are invited to "Identity", which meets in the conference room and was created especially to help them grow spiritually and build friendships. We can't wait to see you there!

Beginning on Tuesday, September 1st, Bruce and Kathy Bull will be leading a study on "Facing Your Giants." It will utilize scripture as well as some material by Max Lucado and others. This 6-session Wednesday evening women's Bible study is designed to help us discover our Christ-centered identity and learn to see ourselves through the truth of God's Word. Discovering who you are in Christ and why changes everything! We live in a world quick to define us by past mistakes, circumstances, or what other think we should be. But God calls us to a deeper, truer identity that is rooted in Christ. Together, we'll explore what Scripture says about our identity, worth, purpose, and belonging and how those truths can transform the way we think, live and walk with God.
