From our state WMU Leader:
Unexpected missions opportunity!
Yesterday, I heard from one of our missionaries who serves in Central Asia. We’ve arranged for her to speak at Cornerstone Monday morning at 10:00. She is a single woman who works primarily with women who need medical care. We want as many women/girls to hear her as possible, though anyone would be welcomed. Please share this with our churches so their ladies may join us. Those who are able may join us at a local Indian restaurant for lunch (at own expense). Thank you!

I often wonder what comes to the mind of Southern Baptists when they think of their state convention. In Colorado, our state convention structure has shifted radically over the past 20 years. At one time our state convention office teamed with more than 20 staff; now there are only three.
