A huge thank you to Terese and Ron Bennett from St. Bernard Catholic Community for dropping off these incredible handmade mats this week!

This is a true community effort. Behind these mats are several dedicated women who spend hours cutting plastic bags and rolling them into balls of "plarn" (plastic yarn) so Terese can crochet them into these durable, lightweight mats.

These aren't just handmade—they're high-impact. They provide a much-needed cushion and, most importantly, act as a moisture barrier to help our unhoused friends stay dry and comfortable.

Building Hope One rung at a time. 🪜✨
