HOW CAN I BE PART OF THE WORK?
REPRESENT.

What if you could help mobilize people for missions without leaving your own church or community?

We're developing a network of BOLI Ambassadors who will help connect their churches, communities, and regions with what God is doing around the world.

Ambassadors can:

• Share BOLI stories and ministry updates
• Help others discover ways to serve
• Encourage prayer for missionaries and ministry partners
• Introduce BOLI to churches and community organizations
• Help mobilize short-term mission participants and volunteers
• Lead peer-to-peer fundraising efforts
• Advocate for specific projects and ministries

You don't have to be a missionary to mobilize missionaries.

You simply need a heart for God's mission and a willingness to invite others into it.

HOW CAN I BE PART OF THE WORK?
FUNDRAISE.

Maybe you can't sponsor an entire student.

But what if 10 friends gave $10 each?

That's a medical backpack.

What if 10 friends gave $60 each?

That's one Community Health Advocate fully sponsored for the week.

And what if your church, small group, business, coworkers, family, or social media community decided to take on a goal together?

You don't have to fund the mission by yourself. You can invite others into it.

Peer-to-peer fundraising allows you to tell the story, set a goal, and rally your own community around a specific need.

Birthday fundraiser.
Church challenge.
Small-group goal.
Business sponsorship.
Family project.
Facebook campaign.
Friendly competition with impact.

Your network may reach people ours never will.

🐄🌊 HOW DO YOU GET A COW ACROSS AN OCEAN?
That's not a hypothetical question for BOLI.
If Liberia is going to develop sustainable local dairy production, suitable dairy cattle will need to be brought into the country.
And that means solving a long list of challenges:
🐄 Breeding & selecting appropriate animals
🩺 Veterinary testing and health certification
📋 Import/export requirements
🚢 International livestock transportation
🌱 Preparing forage before arrival
🏗️ Building and renovating appropriate facilities
💧 Ensuring reliable water
☀️ Preparing for tropical conditions
👨🏾‍🌾 Training the people who will care for them
We aren't just shipping cows. We're building the system those cows need to thrive.
And we can't do it alone.
We are looking for agricultural organizations, dairy producers, veterinarians, livestock transportation experts, businesses, churches, foundations, and individuals willing to help.
Could your expertise—or your connections—be one of the missing pieces?

HOW CAN I BE PART OF THE WORK?
GIVE.

Our Community Health Advocate training begins soon in South Asia.

These students are preparing to serve communities where access to basic health care may be extremely limited. They'll learn practical skills—from vital signs and clean water to wound care, burns, hypertension, stroke recognition, first aid, and knowing when someone needs professional medical care.

You can help put one of these trained advocates into a community.

$100 — Equip one student with a medical backpack

$500 — Provide one student's food, lodging, and transportation for the week

$600 — Sponsor one student for the entire training

$6,000 — Sponsor all 10 Community Health Advocates for the week

That's not simply paying for a week of classes.

It's helping equip people who can carry knowledge, compassionate care, and hope back into communities long after our team leaves.

You may never meet the people they serve—but your gift can help reach them.

HOW CAN I BE PART OF THE WORK?
SERVE.

You don't need a passport to help take the gospel to the nations.

Behind every person serving overseas are people using their gifts right here to make that work possible.

BOLI needs volunteers with skills, experience, and passion in areas such as:

• Administration
• IT and technology
• Bookkeeping and finance
• Grant writing and fundraising
• Social media and communications
• Website support
• Training development
• Church engagement
• Photography, video, and storytelling
• Professional and technical specialties

Maybe you're a nurse. Maybe you're an accountant. Maybe you're great at organizing people, creating videos, writing grants, fixing things, teaching—or connecting people.

Your skills may be many, but your missional heart is what qualifies you to serve.

Message us at [email protected] and tell us a little about what you love to do.

HOW CAN I BE PART OF THE WORK?

GO.

Sometimes the answer really is: Go.

BOLI short-term teams don't go simply to complete a project and leave. We work alongside local partners, building relationships, strengthening local ministries, training leaders, and responding to needs they have identified in their own communities.

You may find yourself:

Teaching.
Treating patients.
Training farmers.
Repairing equipment.
Praying with a family.
Encouraging a pastor.
Helping solve a water problem.
Teaching a skill.
Or simply sitting with someone and listening to their story.

You don't have to know exactly where you fit before you begin.

If God is stirring something in you, start with a conversation.

Could your next “yes” be GO?

Message us at [email protected] if you'd like to learn about upcoming opportunities.

✈️🌍In just a few days, I'll be traveling to South Asia to train local believers to become Community Health Advocates.
You’ve heard about the work. Now you’re asking, ‘How can I be part of it?

TRAIN.

What if the skills God has given you could be multiplied far beyond what you could accomplish yourself?

One of the ways BOLI serves is by equipping people to equip others.

We need people willing to learn how to train indigenous leaders in practical skills that strengthen communities and open doors for lasting relationships and discipleship.

Training opportunities may include:

• Discipleship and church planting
• Community health and medical care
• Dental care
• Trauma healing
• Agriculture and veterinary skills
• Small engine repair
• Film and media
• Solar and practical technologies
• And more

Some areas require professional experience or credentials. Others simply require a willingness to learn, serve, and multiply what you've been taught.

The goal isn't for us to become the answer for a community.

The goal is to equip local people to become part of the answer in their own communities.

Could you become a trainer who trains others in your community or on a short-term trip?

Take a leap of faith and fill out the interest form.

🐄 DAIRY FARMING IS A FAMILY BUSINESS. SO IS THIS MINISTRY.
Early mornings.
Dirty boots.
Feeding calves.
Treating animals.
Fixing fences.
Long days.
On a farm, everybody has a job.
For the Laudermilch family, agriculture has also become a way to serve together.
For years, Ben and Chelsea Laudermilch and their children have served alongside BOLI, using their experience, their hands, and their willingness to go wherever God calls them.
And their children haven't simply watched their parents serve.
They've been part of it.
That's one of the beautiful things about agricultural ministry: there is room for the whole family.
Some mission fields have church buildings.
Some have classrooms.
And some have barns, pastures, calves, farmers, and muddy boots.
Wherever God has placed your family, what skills has He already given you that could be used for His Kingdom?
