A week ago this past Saturday A Ray Of Hope and the Unwind Team facilitated the Unwind Day Retreat at beautiful, magical, breathtaking Valaterra. It was a day packed with self-care and nurturing.The energy of the day was definitely that of joyful restoration! As this week-end of gratitude comes to an end, I hope everyone has had a peaceful and replenishing Thanksgiving week-end with family and friends. I find myself feeling so grateful today for this time of rest, friends, yummy food, Christmas movies and quality time with my Lawrence. There have been so many unexpected gifts over these past few days for me, that I can't help but feel that there is so much that is good and right with Life. The key for me is finding a moment everyday or various times a day to appreciate and delight in the small and simple riches that are already here for me. And to notice the glimmers of the things that I hoped for that are already unfolding for me. Focusing on glimmers is a great way to stay present and when you least expect it your miracle has manifested or you've arrived to where you were going! May we all continue to live each day with a Grateful Heart!
