Karen Daugherty Meadows sent an email to our Puka Naz Missions team. Their trip is rapidly approaching! Her words of wisdom are so good—it seemed wise to share them here:

It’s really here team…you’ve planned, sacrificed, prayed, dreamed, and now it’s here. We can never be fully prepared, so attitude is everything. Just be flexible to roll with the needs and circumstances, and OPEN to let God do new things. Look out for your team mates, we never know what they are carrying silently. EACH one of you is valuable and chosen. God wanted YOU, and He wants to show you new things. Maybe things you never even dreamed of. Slow down, be open, be kind, speak to Him throughout the day, and listen. These opportunities are so rare. I am so happy for each of you to be a part of this team. This is God’s plan…let’s enjoy every moment of it.

Prayer stations from Team Day! Another idea you could implement at your church. Rotate between our care and connection missionaries, those in on deputation tours or other related connections.
Remember, prayers is always our first priority!
