To God Be The Glory: For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised: Luke 24:36 And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, saith unto them, Peace be unto you. (37) But they were terrified and affrighted, supposed that they had seen a spirit. (Have a wonderful blessed thankful Thursday in Christ Jesus Name: while the disciples were discussing their experiences, Jesus appeared again, and spoke peace unto them. They were not overjoyed to see him, they were terrified thinking He was a spirit, and this caught them off guard, because they had never expected to see Him. Them thinking He was a ghost was easier for them to believe than to see Jesus who is literally and physically present before them. The disciples really thought they believed, but their response to seeing Jesus showed a different side to disbelief. When we read this it makes us wonder what would have been our response then, or, what will be our response when He comes back. Will we be prepared? will we be in disbelief? will we be ready? We are to make preparations now and be prepared, to believe, to be ready. Because it is written that He is coming back; and order needs to be taken place in this very hour that we be prepared , no matter where we are. We keep saying get ready, but, so much time has come and gone, and right now we need to be ready. And the question to think about is: what would be our response if Jesus was to come back today, or tomorrow?)๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

To God Be The Glory: For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised; Matt. 25:3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: (4) But the wise too oil in their vessels with their lamps. (5) While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. (6) And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. (7) Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. (8) And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. (9) But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. (Have a wonderful blessed Wednesday in Christ Jesus Name: this parable indicated that the woman here were young and unmarried. Of the ten, five were ready and five were not; and the unprepared were excluded from the marriage feast. The necessities this parable illustrated was: personal faith, repentance, baptism, personal holiness, personal service, and personal preparations, and none of these things canโ€™t be borrowed. We often share a lot of things to help someone in need, but as the five wise demonstrated that some things thatโ€™s required of us canโ€™t be given away because they didnโ€™t prepare. We all have the same opportunities that God has given us, and if we miss out because of our unpreparedness, then itโ€™s our own fault, not of those who were ready.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

To God Be The Glory; For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised; Deu. 28:3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field. (4) Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy line, the flocks of thy sheep. (5) Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store. (6) Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out. (Have a wonderful blessed Tuesday in Christ Jesus Name: if Israel had obeyed the Lord, every aspect of their lives would have been greatly blessed by God in every way possible. Both the merchants and the farmers would be blessed. Israel would have experienced fertility both in humanity and in animals. They would always have food in their homes, land would never experience famine, and in all, their daily work, the Israelites would have enjoyed Godโ€™s blessings. But economically, their rebellion against God cut off their blessings. We have to consider our lives today, and see are we being rebellious against God in some of our ways. Are we walking also in disobedience? are we doing the will of God? are we receiving all that God has for us as an inheritance? But the better question is; what can we do to truly line up with His Word, His Will, His Way that He has prepared for us???) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

To God Be The Glory; For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised: James 1:26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this manโ€™s religion is vain. (27) Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and keep himself unspotted from the world. (Have a wonderful blessed Monday in Christ Jesus Name, James points out that religion is worthless if it is without fruit. He gives an example that if fruit doesnโ€™t change the way a person speaks, then that believer deceives himself. He also mentions three areas in which genuine faith will be demonstrated, though it is by no means an exhaustive list: the tongue, the unfortunate, and purity. He gives us examples time after time from James chapter 1 through James chapter 5 from the testing of our faith, (1) the test of brotherly love, (2) the illustrations of Abraham, (3) a true faith will control the tongue, (4) the rebuke of worldliness, (5) and the rich warned. Each of these are on all 5 chapters of James and he made it clear for us to examine ourselves in these areas, that we are not living in vain and that our fruits are productive and honorable by God.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

To God Be The Glory: For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised; James 6:17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. (18) And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit. (Have a wonderful blessed Sunday in Christ Jesus Name: James account the effective prayer of a righteous man named Elias (Elijah). In 1 Kings 17:1 the prophet Elias spoke to Ahab, the wicked king of Israel, he prophesied that there would be no rain for three years as a sign of God for Ahabโ€™s wickedness. Three years later, in 1 Kings 18:1 God sent Elias back to Ahab promising rain again. Elias was not supernatural; he was human, but what set him apart, was that he prayed earnestly to God, and it made his prayers affective. The same prayers weโ€™ve been praying for years can now be more powerful and effective if we are praying earnestly to God. We need to now check our prayer status and see how we can pray earnestly to God, get instant results. James gave us a man that got quick results and he was only human just as we are, his name was Elias or (Elijah). ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

To God Be The Glory: For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised; James 1:19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: (20) For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. (Have a wonderful blessed Sabbath day in Christ Jesus Name: here James condemns dormant, unapplied knowledge, he calls for people to listen to a message of truth; and then live a life consistent with the message. He offers guidelines for what it might look like, and the pressure that trials create that may make a believer quick to react in anger, but he directs this to make us act differently. The key to these verses points to our faith that results in a change in our behavior. Manโ€™s wrath can be unsettling, sometimes unjust; but God gives us mercy and an opportunity to make the right choices to righteousness. Itโ€™s up to us to take heed to the message thatโ€™s been given to us, and that our faith will grow stronger that we live the life God intended for us to live.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’—

To God Be The Glory: For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised; James 3:1 My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. (2) For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and also to bridle the whole body. (3) Behold, we put bits in the horses mouths, that they may obey us; and we turn about their whole body. (Have a wonderful blessed Friday in Christ Jesus Name: James opens this chapter with an instruction that not many should become teachers, yet he addresses this to those who hold positions in leadership, likely to those who would presume to teach primarily for prestige. He warns against pride, reminding us who think we should have authority to stay humble. James also follows this specific address with general thoughts on living with wisdom and humility. He also uses the bridle for an example for us to demonstrate how to control ourselves and live wisely. Just as we are able to bridle and control the bit and body of a horse, we are to practice that same technique in ourselves. It has been written that the tongue no man can tame in James 3:8 and how deadly and poisonous it is; thatโ€™s where prayer and fasting and asking God to guard us through the Holy Ghost in Christ Jesus, are we are able to be and stay humble, that we are unable to offend others.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’—

To God Be The Glory: For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised: Rev. 1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. (4) John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne. (5) And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the first begotten of the dead, and prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood. (Have a wonderful blessed thankful Thursday in Christ Jesus Name, here John gives (3) specific details about Jesus; (1) Heโ€™s a faithful witness,Jesus was faithful to carry out Godโ€™s plan of redemption,(2) Heโ€™s the first begotten of the dead, in His faithfulness God raised Him from the dead,(3) Heโ€™s the prince of the kings of the earth, Jesus has supreme control over the earth. John made it very clear, that this revelation of Jesus in his letter was an eyewitness account and he was one to witness this event. We might not have been there during Johnโ€™s account but, he has given us evidence that Jesus has risen from the dead and is alive and is on the throne sitting at the right hand of the Father.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’—

To God Be The Glory: For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised: James 4:14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. (15) For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. (16) But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil. (17) Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. (Have a wonderful blessed Wednesday in Christ Jesus Name; here James offer a powerful warning to all who think that they are in control of their own lives. He also stated that presumptuous living is dishonoring to God. He also points out the problem is, that we sometimes donโ€™t donโ€™t include God in our plans, and that we shouldnโ€™t even presume even to have the opportunity to travel, conduct business, and pursue success without recognizing that life itself is a gift from God. Self- sufficient boasting is evil because it disregards a need for God, and act as though we donโ€™t need him. Psalm 100:3 states that it was God who created us, but we act as though we did it all by ourselves. Rom. 7:21 is where Paul says when he wants to do good evil is always present, we have to always recognize the difference between good and evil.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

To God Be The Glory: For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised: James 4:2 You lust and do not have; you murder and covet and cannot obtain; you fight and war; yet you do not have because you do not ask. (3) You ask and receive not because you ask with the wrong motives, that you may spend it on your pleasures. (4) Adulterers and adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. Have a wonderful blessed Tuesday in Christ Jesus' Name: when people act out in selfish ambitions or pleasures, division and fighting occur. But James suggested that they fight because they donโ€™t get what they want, and James refers the saying of Jesus in Matt. 5:21,22, when he says that of believers who murder and are envious. After James began his open statement about adulterers and adulteresses, he then followed it up with the imagery of enmity with God and the friendship with the world, and this is what he called spiritual unfaithfulness, and he mentioned the saying of Jesus in Matt. 6:24. We have to make a choice, because we cannot love both God and love the worldโ€™s values at the same time. โ€œIt wonโ€™t work out for us in our favor.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

To God Be The Glory: For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised: Eph. 4:17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, (18) Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: (19) Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness, ( Have a wonderful blessed Monday in Christ Jesus Name: here Paul insist that the Ephesian believers do is reject their old ways of life, even though many of their families and friends were still involved in such things. Paul suggested that the darkness of unbelievers is not necessarily due to lack of knowledge about God or inability to understand. But rather because of the hardness of their hearts and unwillingness to repent that prevents their salvation. And itโ€™s even so today in our time; Paul made it clear that, itโ€™s not that we didnโ€™t know about God, but because of our rebellious nature and disobedient spirit, and itโ€™s cause us to miss out on the favor of God, the blessings of God, and the salvation of God. There are a lot of intelligent people around the world, theologians, scholars, doctors, scientists, doctors, etcโ€ฆ but what good have they achieved in all of these things, and miss out on the one who gave them the knowledge and understanding to experience these gifts. The darkness, and greediness have clouded their way to God, to whom they prayed to for their success.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™
