Praise Be To Our Father God; And Lord And Saviour Jesus Christ: Eph. 6:1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. (2) Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise; (Have a wonderful blessed Monday in Christ Jesus Name: Honouring parents involves more than mere obedience. It is possible to obey grudgingly, moodily, or because we have to, or because we have use to get something from them. Such responses do not bring honour to our parents. The commandment with a promise is the faith of the Ten Commandments in Ex. 20:12 and Deu. 5:16. This is only one of many places in the New Testament where a law is cited from the Old Testament as something believers must obey. Some people promote the idea that the commandments of God have been supplanted by a vague and general law of love. Such idea never occurred to Paul. We have to learn that the parents are set into place, to guide us to God, to serve and honour Him. The love from the parents should be genuine, and direct from God. And our love and obedience to our parents should be genuine and also honorable unto our parents and unto God. Paul was guided with this information from God, to show the importance of obedience and honour from children to parents, as well as believers to God. God always keeps His promises, as well as we should keep our promises not only to God, but to our parents as well. We only get one set of parents, we must treasure them now, we never know when they will no longer be a part of our lives. And we must also treasure our children, because God entrusted us with them, we must give correction, and instructions to them as God has given them unto us.)๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

Grace Be Unto You In The Mighty Name Of Our Lord And Saviour Jesus Christ: Gal. 5:29 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, (20) Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, (21) Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such like; of which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. (Have a wonderful blessed Sunday in Christ Jesus Name: Paulโ€™s list of sins addresses for distinct problem areas: The first three terms refer to sexual immorality, the next two to false gods, the next eight to various sins of personal conflicts, and the final two to drunkenness. It also appears that this is not intended to be a complete list but rather a representation of common problem areas. This list is quite simple to those Paul provides in other epistles like 1 Cor. 5:9-11, 1 Cor. 6:9,10, 2 Cor. 12:20,21, and 1 Tim. 1:9,10. The striking similarities have caused some scholars to wonder if these lists were circulating among Jewish and Christian ethical teachings and if Paul incorporated them into his letters. We have to do a self check periodically to make sure that none of these are named among us, because they not only circulated back then, but they are also circulating now in our time. We need to always examine ourselves so that we are not locked out of our inheritance with God.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

Glory Be To Our Father God; For Heโ€™s Worthy To Be Praised: Heb. 2:17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. (18) For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted. (Have a wonderful blessed Sabbath day in Christ Jesus Name: Jesusโ€™ experience perfectly qualifies Him to act as High Priest; an intercessor between sinful mankind and a perfect God. No one can rightly claim that God doesnโ€™t understand how we feel, because Jesus lived through everything any human being can face; and worse. Jesus helped in a very real way by seeing His people through whatever they were facing. He relates to our sufferings because of His incarnation. He had to take on the form of mankind in order to die, and by doing so, He also experienced the emotions, pain, and temptations that is common to all humans. His love for us was undeniably compassionate, that He took the journey to earth to show us a way out of a sinful world. And just as Jesus dealt with temptation, we have, and still will be facing those same challenges, but through prayer and our faithfulness to God, we to can come through it all. We must stay focused and refrain from all temptations, because they are not of God, but are sent from Satan himself as a distraction to keep us from focusing on heavenly things. And when we find our minds drifting, we can always go to Phil. 4:8 to bring us back to reality of the will of God.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

Praise Be Unto Our Father God: For He Has Done Marvelous Things: 2 Tim. 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: (17) That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. (Have a wonderful blessed Friday in Christ Jesus Name: Paul provided two indispensable characteristics of scripture: (1) It is inspired by God - God breathed it out. (2) It is profitable to prepare godly people for every good work. This preparation for every good work happens in four ways: doctrine (teachings), reproof (rebuking), correction, and instruction (training). First two are related more to doctrine, the last two are related more to practice. If all scripture originated with, through God, from God, who cannot lie, โ€œHeb. 6:8โ€, then it is true. Some may be argumentative about what they think God meant, but itโ€™s very clear that what He said is what He said, and thereโ€™s no evidence that He needed to be corrected. He had it from the beginning when He spoke in Gen. 1:3 and the same goes for us today, and thereโ€™s no reproof for any correction to anything He has created, or have said, from past, present, or future.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’—

Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ; 1 Thes. 5:19 Quench not the Spirit. (20) Despise not prophesying. (21) Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. (22) Abstain from all appearance of evil. (Have a wonderful blessed thankful Thursday in Christ Jesus Name: Paul concludes his list with instructions that relate to worship. The Holy Spirit is frequently likened to fire as in Matt. 3:11 and Acts 2:3,4. The warning about quenching the fire of the Spirit is clearly a prohibition against hindering the work, ministry, gifts of the Holy Spirit. A believer should not disparage any authoritative revelation, neither those that were delivered through the gift of prophecy, nor those that have been preserved by the Holy Spirit in scripture. We are to let the Holy Spirit have free rein in all things that are containing to the movement of God. We are to move as the Spirit of God worketh in us, being watchful of the appearance of all things that are evil and not of the Holy Spirit. Paul made the instructions very clear to us to never get in the way of the work of the Holy Spirit.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

We are saved by Grace through Jesus Christ; Mercy is Renewed by God daily: 1 Peter 1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, (5) Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. ( Have a wonderful blessed Wednesday in Christ Jesus Name: Peter highlights the point of the inheritance. The believerโ€™s hope is not simply in going to heaven but in the inheritance awaiting them there. It is imperishable; it cannot be destroyed; and it is also undefiled, and is sin free. And it is unconditionally reserved, guarded, and itโ€™s also guaranteed. Believers not only have a protected inheritance, but they are also a protected people. If God is going to protect our inheritance in heaven, He also going to protect us here on earth. But, the questions is: what are we going to do while we are here to go get our inheritance? And what are we willing to give up while we are here, to make sure our inheritance is secured? We have to also protect our inheritance by being obedience to the will of God, and follow our His commandments.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

We are saved by grace through Jesus Christ: And God kept us through His Mercy that is newed every morning: 1 Thes. 4:4 That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour; (5) Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God: (Have a wonderful blessed Tuesday in Christ Jesus Name; it isnโ€™t just active sexual immorality that is to be avoided, but all passionate lust as well. Even then, mere avoidance is not enough, but, we are instructed to maintain control over our bodies in a way that is both holy and honorable unto God. Clearly, the one way to properly avoid sexual impurity is through marriage and a proper understanding of sexual nature as God designed it. Scripture sets marriage apart from the motives, ideas, and values of a world that doesnโ€™t know God, nor do the understand His truths behind marriage honorable by God. The world that doesnโ€™t know God, wonโ€™t understand something that donโ€™t believe in. We are to sanctify ourselves and be holy unto God,that we will know how to carry out His commands that have been set before us. And through prayer, fasting, and staying faithful unto God is our only way to win against the lustful spirits that appear to us daily. None of us are exempt against the lusts of the flesh, no matter how committed we are; but, staying under the covenant of God is the only way we will make it through, and not giving in to it. We have to stay focused, and stay the course that God has set for us โ€œJer. 29:11โ€ lets us know He already knows. And there will be times that the lusts will get stronger if we are not careful.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

Glory Be To Our Father God; And Lord And Saviour Jesus Christ: 2 Thes. 1:6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; (7) And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, (8) In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: (Have a wonderful blessed Monday in Christ Jesus Name: Because God is absolutely righteous (Just), He will do what is right. He recompense tribulation to those who have persecuted believers, as well as reward those who remain faithful to Him. He may not take action of revenge during a believerโ€™s lifetime, but each devoted follower of Christ can be assured that God will certainly not ignore or tolerate sin and rebellion. Paul continues to explain the vengeance (judgement) of God. The Greek word used to describe judgment of those who cause trouble suggests a full and complete punishment, a vindication of God. And the essence of heaven, is being in the presence of God, so although it may difficult for sinners to understand the ultimate punishment of their sin; is eternal removal from the presence of God. And it is in the best interest of the believer is to remain faithful to God, and to stay committed and connected to his in all righteousness in Jesus Mighty Name.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

Glory Be To Our Father God; And Lord And Saviour Jesus Christ: 2 Cor. 12:7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. (8) For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. (9) And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (Have a wonderful blessed Sunday in Christ Jesus Name: Paulโ€™s weakness is evident in what he refers to as a โ€œthrone in his fleshโ€ God will allow physical malady. After being privileged to witness heavenly events, even Paul would be tempted to become arrogant, and this impediment was a continual reminder that it was Godโ€™s grace that kept Paul active; not his own strength and wisdom. It was never mentioned the problem that Paul was forced to endure. But it appeared that it was more than a mere irritation, but rather a nagging, persistent, painful problem, something that affected his appearance and caused embarrassment. Itโ€™s also likely it affected his spirit, attitude, and outlook. We all have had to endure some form of discomfort in order for God to bring us back to reality that we are not in control of His will, but the fact that God is in control, and itโ€™s because of His Grace that it didnโ€™t take us out. We canโ€™t be arrogant and do Godโ€™s will at the same time,He is our strength in times of trouble, and we are still here only because of His Sufficient Grace.) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
