The office is in back of the church building. Our parking lot is off of Clay Street. Once you park, you will see a ramp leading up the back of the church where you will find the office door. Please ring the buzzer in the brick to your left. This is where everyone enters for wedding rehearsals. January-March Fees:

If you book a ceremony to be held within 3 months, you will save up to $300 ($300 off Saturday, $200 off Friday & Sunday, $100 off Monday-Thursday).
Our fee includes the Rehearsal evening (1 hour), the Wedding day (3 hours), and a staff member for clean-up. Our Wedding Coordinator will be on campus to assist you: ensuring everything is set up to your specifications and handles questions from your florist, videographer, photographer, etc. The Parish House is also included in this fee for the ladies. It is a separate building with kitchen, dining area, parlor and powder room. Available for your use are: vintage wooden candlesticks for the center aisles, (2) 13 branch candelabras, floral stands for the sides of the Altar, kneeler, Altar unity candle, guest register stands, communion set and a table for memorials or other uses. We do not provide a Minister, Organist or decorations for your wedding. We have a list of referrals if needed. Our sanctuary seats 800 people although most weddings host 150-300 guests (guests are seated on either side of in the center aisle). A $500 refundable damage deposit, the Wedding Agreement Form and a photo are required upon booking to hold your date. Mail payments to St. John UCC, 637 East Market Street, Louisville, KY 40202. The wedding fee is due in full 60 days prior to your wedding. You are welcome to make payments. Please put both last names and your wedding date on the memo line of your check.
