Our church values the excitement the Youth (Grades 7-12) bring to the church. We have well-trained Youth Leaders who work together to love, guide and nurture our Youth in their spritual journey towards Christian maturity. We strive to lead our students to experiential faith so that they can easily integrate their personal faith in Christ with all areas of life. Matthews Baptist Church understand t

hat the pressures a teenager faces are sometimes overwhelming. We hope to always provide a fun and safe environment where students can meet God and form meaningful friendships with other students! The dedication of the house we finished on Friday, June 19, 2026. We didn't understand a lot of it, but it was still very moving and emotional.

Update: We are on the ground in Louisville.

To add more fun to this travel weekend, we stopped in Nashville because of the weather in Louisville. About to take off to try to get into Louisville again, this time from the west. Hopefully the next post is that we are on the ground safely in Louisville
