Louisville Islamic Center of Compassion - River Road Mosque The Louisville Islamic Center was constructed in 1980 on River Road in Louisville, Kentucky. Our Mosque is open to all, regardless of ethnicity or faith.

Although the Mosque has gone through some changes and different names, it is still providing Islamic services to the Greater Louisville community. The Louisville Islamic Center is one of over 12 different Mosques in our city. We regularly host tours and open workshops for those who are interested in learning about Islam. The Louisville Muhsineen collaborated again with Louisville Islamic Center of Compassion - River Road Mosque to deliver 150+ lunches to those in need downtown who stayed at St. John Center during the white-flag event where our city suffered extreme cold temperatures & snowfall making it difficult for the homeless.
