Fifth Street Baptist Church invites you to join us for the Homegoing Celebration of our beloved Pastor, Rev. Phillip L. Hodge, Sr.

Today, we honor a faithful shepherd, preacher, teacher, leader, and servant of God whose life and ministry touched generations. Though our hearts are heavy, we rejoice knowing that his labor was not in vain and that he has gone from labor to reward.

We thank God for every sermon preached, every prayer prayed, every life touched, and every seed planted throughout his years of faithful service.

Please join us in worship, reflection, and celebration as we honor the life, legacy, and ministry of Rev. Phillip L. Hodge, Sr.

For 31 years, Pastor Hodge faithfully shepherded this congregation with unwavering faith, compassionate leadership, and a steadfast commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His legacy of service and devotion will continue to inspire generations to come.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Pastor, Reverend Phillip L. Hodge, Sr.

We ask that you please keep the Hodge family in your prayers during this difficult time.

We also ask that you lift up the Fifth Street Baptist Church family as we mourn the loss of a faithful shepherd, devoted servant of God, and cherished leader whose impact will continue for generations.
