Louise Methodist Church is joining Silver City Methodist Church this Sunday, June 22nd, in Silver City to listen to Bro. Chance May @ 9 am.

We will  not be hosting this Sunday, June 22, in Louise, but will be hosting next Sunday, June 29 at 10:30 in Louise. Brother Gary Thornton will be joining us on the 29th with Tyler doing the devotional and there will be a business meeting afterwards.

The services for Julian Crawford will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Parkview Church of God in Yazoo City. Visitation will be from 9:00AM-11:00AM with a memorial service to follow.

Tomorrow’s bulletin. Looking forward to worship tomorrow. This has been one of those weeks. Started off when they carried Leslie Smith to the hospital. Before I could go check on her we had to take mamma to the hospital. She had fluid in her lungs that needed to be drained. No room in Jackson so we got her to Baptist North in Oxford. They got her fixed up after three days. Wednesday I had my other eye surgery and it went great. Thursday was when we got mamma home. Friday I was able to go see Leslie and was glad to find her in good spirits and fixing to be transferred to a room from ICU. Amongst all of this, everything came out just fine. Ain’t God good. We might have some bumps along the way but when we keep our sights on Him, He will see us through. So, let’s worship Him. Keep all our prayer list lifted up. Bible Study will be at 6:00 pm on Sunday at our home. God bless you all.

My mother had to have a procedure done and Baptist in Jackson couldn’t take her but Baptist in Oxford could. It needed to be done so Wix and I are in Oxford with her. They are doing the procedure this morning and she might have to stay a few days. We will be back and forth. Please keep her in your prayers.

Tomorrow’s bulletin. First, I want to thank all who prayed for me Wednesday. Surgery on my left eye went great and they will do the right eye this Wednesday. It’s amazing how much better I can see with just one eye right now. Come join us for worship tomorrow. We will pray, praise and worship. We would extend a heartfelt thanks to all our mothers tomorrow also as we celebrate Mother’s Day. So, there will be no activities after Church tomorrow so we can spend time with our mothers. Keep those on our prayer list lifted up and God bless you all.

I think I forgot to mention last Sunday that this is the weekend I go to jail. We will have service on Facebook only this Sunday. Also, there will be no Sunday afternoon Bible study. God bless you all.

Tomorrow’s bulletin. We celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior. We had a meaningful Good Friday service with a wonderful attendance. Praise God for that. We left that service with the stone rolled over the entrance to the tomb, closing the door. We will pick up from there and see “the rest of the story.” And, O what a story it is. Come and join us as we worship. Remember those on our prayer list and keep them lifted up. We will not have Bible Study Sunday afternoon so all can be with family. God bless you all.
