Today, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Freedom is never free, and we are grateful for the sacrifice of so many.

As we remember, may we also give thanks to the Lord for His grace, pray for military families, and never forget those who gave everything.

Here is the sermon from Sunday. We looked at a very difficult passage in Ecclesiastes that highlights serious problems in the world, under the sun. But even though there are serious issues, we have a Mighty Savior who is sovereign over all, and one day, He will right all the wrongs on Earth. He is our Answer.

Yesterday we looked at Ecclesiastes 1:12-18. The writer reminds us that joy, peace, meaning, and satisfaction can only be found in Jesus Christ alone. Every other pursuit in this world, apart from Jesus, will eventually leave us empty. As he says, its all vanity and striving after the wind.
