This past week, Redbird Resilient offered a free event at The Ohio Theatre on "Polarization". Speakers David Ross, Craig Hovey and Jeffrey Delbert unpacked what polarization is, how it can be damaging and how to avoid it. They spoke about the importance of community, and offered tools to strengthen our ability to navigate difficult conversations with clarity, conviction, and care.
