November is almost here, and there are plenty of opportunities to worship, gather, serve, and enjoy fellowship with our St. James’ family! 🍂

☕ **Coffee Hour & Fellowship**
Stay after the 10:00 AM service for coffee, conversation, and connection! We're also looking for volunteers to host upcoming Coffee Hours. A few friends, a pot of coffee, and a simple snack are all it takes!
❤️ **First Sunday Community Assistance Offering**
Thanks to your generosity, our Community Assistance Ministry helped **17 local families with $4,860.01 in assistance during October!** The need continues to grow, and donations of cash, designated checks, and gas or grocery gift cards are always appreciated.

Join us in Ticknor Hall following the 10:00 AM service for chili, football, fellowship, co****le (weather permitting), and a Turkey Feather Hunt and craft for the kids! Bring your favorite chili, side, or dessert to share.
🥾 **Footsteps in Faith — Saturday, November 14 | 9:00 AM**
Join us at the American Chestnut Land Trust in Prince Frederick for a morning of walking, Scripture, reflection, and fellowship. All are welcome!
🦃 **Thanksgiving Dinner Distribution — Saturday, November 21**
St. James’ and Friendship United Methodist Church will provide 80 Thanksgiving dinners to South County families in need. Volunteers and donations are welcome! Contact Cindy Carrier at 443-871-8921 to help.
❤️ **Health Ministry Forum — Sunday, November 22**
Join us for another opportunity to learn and connect through our Health Ministry.
🎄 **Advent Wreaths & Tree Decorating — Sunday, November 29**
Get ready for Advent with a festive gathering hosted by Christian Formation!
🎓 **2027 St. James’ Scholarship Applications Are Open!**
One $2,000 scholarship will be awarded to a parishioner pursuing further education or career training. Applications are due January 17, 2027. Contact the Parish Office for details.
