This Tuesday and Wednesday (July 28 & 29), we urgently need volunteers at New Vision Depot to help unload and store nearly 2,400 UMCOR cleaning buckets assembled by Scouting America. These buckets will soon be distributed to families impacted by the recent flooding in Weston, Buckhannon, and surrounding communities.

🗓 Tuesday & Wednesday
🕚 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

If you can commit to serving for one or both days, please contact Scott Mayberry immediately at [email protected].

We also invite clergy to serve as Chaplain for the Day, offering a compassionate presence, prayer, and encouragement to volunteers and those affected by the flooding. Pastors interested in serving should contact Rick Swearengin at [email protected].

When we follow Jesus, we don't just worship on Sundays—we become the hands and feet of Christ every day.

Our neighbors have experienced devastating flooding, and this is an opportunity for us to live out our faith through love in action. As disciples of Jesus Christ, we are called to care for one another, especially in times of need.

We will be collecting the following items to help those affected:

•Laundry Soap
•Harvey Duty Gloves (kitchen gloves)
•Cleaning wipes
•5 gallon buckets
