McCarty proudly congratulates our Senior Pastor, Rev. Eddie L. Anderson (C/O 2012), on his induction into the 41st Annual Martin Luther King Jr. College of Ministers & Laity Board of Preachers at his alma mater, Morehouse College.

The formal induction ceremony will take place on April 9 at 11:00am in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.

This is a tremendous honor, and we invite our church family and community to join us in celebrating Pastor Eddie and this incredible achievement! 👏🏽✨

Welcome to McCarty Memorial Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). We are committed to remembering our past, re-imaging our future, and restoring our community one relationship, one smile, one sermon at a time. However, we are aware that none of this is possible without our neighbors and friends. Scripture reminds us of the centrality of loving our neighbors to the gospel message. It is our hope that you will join us on our journey towards once again being a vibrant multi-racial, multi-ethnic, open and affirming congregation.
