In the wake of COVID 19, there has been a panic in the of the Body of Christ. Many are perplexed and wondering where is the God of Abraham. There is always a path and preparation for our future inside His word. Matthew 24:6,-7 says, “And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.”
THE PATH IN TRIBULATION IS ONE OF PEACE! OUR DIRECTIVE IS NOT TO BE TROUBLED! Panic is the opposite of peace. His word says he will never leave you or forsake you. Be still and know that he is God. Shut out the media for a while and listen for his still small voice. He is always speaking and always moving on our behalf. In the midst of America’s fall from Biblical standards, God is showing himself to be faithful. On the west end of our nation, the USS Mercy has arrived in the port of Los Angeles, resting in California, the heart of fame, celebrity idolatry, self love, and entertainment moguls. Psalm 136 says his mercy endures forever. The saying over California has always been, “as California goes, so goes the rest of the world after her.” Can you see God’s mercy resting upon our lives in spite of this states abandonment of God?
On the east coast in New York, the USS Comfort has arrived on the shores, settling in the heart of Mamon, the god of money in our land. Matthew 6:24 tells us we can not serve both God and wealth. Yet we have been lovers of money and tried to serve both masters. Yet God has sent the Comforter to our shores. Can you see his Spirit helping us? Both ships have room for 1,000 persons in need of healing. Has he not told us in Deuteronomy 1:11 that he would send us a 1,000 fold blessing? He has sealed us in on both sides with mercy, comfort and multifold blessings! It is the sign of Jesus walking upon the waters coming to rest upon our storm tossed boats. Can you see the Lord in the midst of your boat? Be still and know that he is God!
