What can we do to bridge the gaping divisions in our world? God says, "SHARE." The little things really ARE the big things!

S - SHOW up. Be fully present! Bring your "A" game.

H - HEAR. Listen carefully before speaking.

A - ASK clarifying questions. Seek to understand. “What can I learn?”Curiosity is the antidote for judgement!

R - REFLECT. Contemplate what you observe and experience, then REFLECT it back for clarification.

E - EXPLAIN. Speak to serve. Words create worlds. Use words as a weapon of mass CONSTRUCTION!
