DAY 28/31 — THE HARVEST IS PLENTIFUL 🌾

“The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.”
Matthew 9:37

This summer has reminded me just how true those words are.

We’ve shared Jesus at train stations. Prayed with families. Ministered to young people and high school students. Sat with businessmen. Shared the love of Jesus with Muslims, Buddhists, migrant workers, and people from all kinds of backgrounds.

We’ve partnered with a pregnancy center serving women in crisis, coming alongside moms with real love and practical support, fighting for BOTH mom and baby and pointing them toward the hope found in Jesus.

We’ve prayed. Worshiped. Visited churches. Mobilized Christians to get outside the four walls and share the Gospel. We’ve met people involved with mediums, Mormonism, other religions, or simply searching for something real.

And one thing keeps hitting me…

THE HARVEST ISN’T THE PROBLEM. 🌾

Jesus didn’t say there weren’t enough people ready.

He said there weren’t enough laborers.

People are hungry. People are searching. People need hope. And sometimes they’re one conversation, one prayer, one act of kindness away from encountering the love of God.

This isn’t just for missionaries or pastors.

The harvest is right where YOU are.

Your workplace. Your school. Your neighborhood. Your family. The coffee shop. The train station.

“Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Matthew 9:38

Lord, here we are. SEND US. ❤️‍🔥🌏

And to every person who has prayed for us, encouraged us, given, shared our posts, or supported what God is doing through Gracewave… THANK YOU. You are part of this harvest with us.

We’re just getting started.

If you want to follow what God is doing with us in Taiwan and beyond, DM me and I’ll add you to our monthly Gracewave newsletter. 🌊

FALSE HUMILITY HAS KEPT US FROM OUR ASSIGNMENT TOO MANY TIMES. Day 27/31 ( )

Jesus didn’t bleed just so we could have a reservation at the grand Heaven Hotel for eternity 😂

He saved us to bring Heaven to earth.

“Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

The Kingdom is at hand. And you don’t need to move to Taiwan, become a missionary, get a microphone or have some huge ministry to start sharing what Jesus has done in your life.

How has He brought YOU out of darkness and into light?

How has He loved you? Healed you? Forgiven you? Changed you?

Can you tell just ONE PERSON today what Jesus has done for you?

I’m feeling stirred up today, friends. This GOOD NEWS is too good to keep hidden.

Put your lamp on the stand.
Be the city on a hill.
Be a vessel of His love.

Let’s stop hiding what God has put inside of us and start releasing what we’ve freely received.

On earth as it is in Heaven. ❤️‍🔥

God bless you friends!

Day 26/30 HUMILITY DOESN’T🙅‍♂️= HIDING. Jesus said a city on a hill cannot be hidden, and no one lights a lamp just to put it under a basket. He puts it on a lampstand so it gives light to everyone.

Sometimes what we call “humility” is really fear. Fear of being seen. Fear of failing. Fear of what people might think. But real humility isn’t thinking less of yourself. It’s agreeing with what God says about you and being willing to shine for His glory.

If Jesus has put His light in you, don’t apologize for it. Don’t hide your testimony. Don’t hide your gift. Don’t hide your voice. The world doesn’t need a brighter spotlight. It needs more believers who are willing to let the light of Christ shine through them.

“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” Matthew 5:14–16

Day 25/31 • 31 Days of Good

I’ve been realizing lately that the enemy doesn’t always come with some huge attack. Sometimes he just keeps us busy, distracted, frustrated, and serious enough that we forget how to enjoy God.

The joy of the Lord is our strength. Real joy isn’t pretending everything is perfect. It’s knowing Jesus is with you. It’s laughing with friends, thanking Him for the little things, and remembering you’re deeply loved.

If the enemy has been stealing your joy lately, it’s time to take it back. Spend some time with Jesus. Joy isn’t something you have to manufacture. It grows naturally in His presence.

Day 23/31 BETTER - For so many years I thought following Jesus meant trying harder. But the New Covenant has been teaching me something different. Because of the cross, I don’t have to earn God’s presence—I get to live from it. Jesus made a way for us to come near with confidence, not because of our performance, but because of His finished work. What a gift.

“This cup is the new covenant in My blood…” — Luke 22:20

Day 22/31 – BETTER

One of the biggest mindset shifts God has been teaching me is that Jesus didn’t come to improve the old covenant… He fulfilled it and established a better one.

A better covenant.
Better promises.
A better High Priest.
A better sacrifice.
A better hope.

So many of us still live like we have to earn what Jesus already purchased. We pray harder to become accepted, strive harder to become worthy, and carry guilt He already carried to the cross.

But the blood of Jesus didn’t just forgive your past—it opened the door to a completely new way of relating to God.

You’re not trying to convince the Father to love you.

You’re learning to live like someone He already does.

Freely receive. Freely give.

Day 21/31 - I recently asked a former Buddhist (the first Christian in her family) “What’s the biggest difference you’ve noticed since becoming a Christian?”

She paused for a long time, then smiled and said, “Unconditional love.”

“I’d never experienced anything like it before. Now I experience it all the time.”

Wow. Praise God.

Jesus didn’t give us a list of rules. He gave us a new commandment: love one another as He has loved us.

Love covers a multitude of sins. Perfect love casts out fear. Faith works through love. God is love. And we love because He first loved us.

Today, take a moment to stop striving and simply receive the Father’s unconditional love for you. The more you receive it, the more naturally you’ll give it away.

God bless you! 🤍

Day 20/31 – New Covenant 🤍

Learning Mandarin has reminded me of something. You can’t speak a new language if you’re always thinking in the old one.

I think faith is like that too.

I’ve caught myself reading the New Covenant with an old covenant mindset—thinking I have to earn God’s favor, perform better, or clean myself up first. But Jesus changed the grammar. The cross changed everything.

Now we don’t approach God through fear but through sonship. We don’t obey to be accepted—we obey because we already are. We don’t strive for His presence—we live from it.

I’m still learning this language every day. Every time I choose to believe what Jesus accomplished instead of what my feelings are telling me, I’m becoming more fluent in the language of faith.

“He is the mediator of a better covenant, established on better promises.” — Hebrews 8:6

What’s one old way of thinking God is teaching you to unlearn? 🤍

🇹🇼 If this series has been encouraging you, thank you for praying for us and partnering with us as missionaries in Taiwan. Your support helps us keep sharing the Gospel and making disciples around the world.

DAY 19/31 The Gospel isn’t self-improvement. It’s new creation. ✝️You don’t have to earn a new beginning. In Christ, you’ve already been given one. 2 Corinthians 5:17

Most Christians know they’re forgiven… but forget they’ve been raised.

Jesus didn’t just die for you—He raised you into a completely new way of living. Resurrection isn’t just your future. It’s your life today. ✝️🔥Romans 6:4

What if you’ve been trying to live the Christian life with an old covenant mindset?

A new creation. A new covenant. A new commandment. Jesus didn’t just improve your old life… He gave you a completely new one. Walk in it. 🤍🌱

Day 17/31 👑 God totally changed my mindset with this…I am qualified in Him! The Kingdom is in you. You are not disqualified. You are not meant to stay hidden forever.

Let God put His blueprint in your heart again. It’s time to believe what He said about you and release what He placed inside of you.

Freely you’ve received. Freely give. 🔥
