What a beautiful Sunday it was! We celebrated our four amazing graduates (and one from afar!), blessed all our educators, SCNC Conference Minister Rev. Rachael Pryor preached a WORD for us, and we prayed and sang and worshipped and fellowshipped together. Amen!

Yesterday marked 78 years since the Nakba (Catastrophe) when over 750,000 Palestinians were forced from their homes and their home land. Over 400 villages were destroyed. The Nakba is not over, supported and funded largely by Christian Zionists who do not have anyone’s interest at heart but their own.

Last week nearly 300 Christians gathered in Washington DC for a joint advocacy summit to urge lawmakers to truly enforce a cease-fire, to stop arming Israel, to reinstate funding for UNWRA, and to open the roads to east Jerusalem to allow Palestinians to access vital healthcare.

Our Conference Minister, Rev. Rachel Pryor as well as Pastor Ashley and others from Southern California were part of the group who gathered. (California delegation shown on slide 3). We cannot stop talking about Palestine beloveds. 💛
