The mission of Core Women LA is to study the scriptures and point women to a biblical view of God, themselves, and the world who needs Christ. If you’ve been looking for a place to grow in your relationship with Christ, make godly friendships, and learn how to live out the gospel to those around you, you’ve come to the right place! Women ages 18 years and up

ission of Core Women’s Ministry is to study the scriptures and point women to a biblical view of God, themselves and the world who needs Christ. Our Bible studies include Small Group Sessions led by our seasoned Women’s Ministry leadership team. In these groups, you are able to ask questions, go deeper into God’s Word, and share prayer requests. This is your opportunity to be renewed by God’s Word and equipped to be a Christ-like light in this dark world. So whether you’re married, single, a mom, or a grandmother, there’s a place for you here at Core Women LA!

We were so blessed by our Summer Series, Clarity, that it’s almost hard to move into the next season 🥺
But fall is quickly approaching, and that means so is our new 2026-2027 study. Mark your calendars for the end of September, because CWLA will be back on, every Tuesday at 7:30pm.
We see the growth in our ladies season to season, and it’s amazing to welcome you all back each time we start a new series. We also love welcoming our newest sisters in Christ in! So share the good news with your friends, and prepare your hearts and minds to join us this Fall.

Ladies, we are so grateful for each and every one of you who participated in CWLA’s Summer Series. It was blessed beyond measure by a great attendance, great speakers, who shared God’s Word faithfully, and great fellowship focused around Christ. It wouldn’t be what it is without each of you.
We are now preparing for our Fall study, and hope it will be just as impactful as we study through one of the Epistles. Any guesses what it will be? 🤗

This weekend, Core Women LA was beyond blessed to have Mary Powell, from Jesus City Church in Alabama, speak to our body of women! This was particularly special, not only because of her great enthusiasm and dedication in sharing God’s Word, but also because it is our dear Laurie Wilburn‘s daughter! Her message was powerful, and if you missed it, you can listen to the whole thing on our website. We’ll also be sharing shorter pieces here, so stay tuned for more 👏

This was a perfect end to our CWLA summer series, and we’re already looking forward to seeing God continue to move as we prepare for the Fall series. Please pray for our leadership team and all those who will be serving in the next season, as we plan together.
