MCP accepts Mission Dioceses, Religious Orders, and Lay Organizations working in the missions that preach at our parishes asking for financial support. St. Monica is a very important saint for mothers and wives. Her life demonstrates that the power of prayer and deep faith can lead to changes in everyone's lives. ⁠

She was the mother of St. Augustine, who in his early years was dedicated to partying and other worldly pleasures. Likewise, her husband was also reluctant to leave behind his pagan views. But her prayers and patience led to both her husband and son to convert and change their lives for the better. Her son, St. Augustine is also a great saint from our church. ⁠
