Ahavat Zion Messianic Jewish Synagogue

Ahavat Zion Messianic Jewish Synagogue Founded in 1973, Ahavat Zion Messianic Synagogue is a vibrant spiritual community in West Los Angeles.

We are inspired by a vision of Jewish life that is traditional, egalitarian, and engaging, rooted in the enduring legacy of Messiah. We exist to provide a spiritual home for those who are Jewish or intermarried; welcome Jewish spiritual seekers, providing them with a safe place to engage with our claim that Yeshua is the Messiah; and to impart the holiness of Jewish life renewed in Yeshua from one

generation to another. We are affiliated with the Union of Messianic Jewish Congregations (UMJC) and the Messianic Jewish Rabbinical Council (MJRC).

It took God six days to make the world. He gives us the ten days between the Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur to determine how to remake our lives.

The best way to do this is to find out what we did wrong, admit it was dumb, and seek God’s help to change.

And by the way, did you know that God likes books? The Prophet Daniel had a vision of heaven and saw this: “The court was seated, and the books were opened.”  The New Testament picks up on this too. Where Yochanan/John says, “And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book  was opened, which is the book of life.” also called the Lamb’s Book of Life.

If you want to know how to slant the odds (it has to do with the Lamb’s Book of Life), just get in touch with us at [email protected]
