Join us this week as we reflect on Jesus’ journey to the cross and celebrate His victory over sin and death. Because of this good news, we have hope, new life, and the promise of the Resurrection.

Today we celebrate God’s grace as Josh Kim was baptized and baby Cassian received infant baptism. What a beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness across generations. We are also deeply thankful for Elder Robert Suh and his years of faithful service. Thank you for blessing our church family.

We had a great evening at the 34th Annual Atwater Village Tree Lighting Festival. Our Bridge family served with joy and love as we handed out hot cocoa, and served our community together.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered today. Your kindness made a real impact and reminded people in our neighborhood that they are seen and cared for.

Welcome Pastor Douglas Park!

Bridge family, we are excited to share that Pastor Douglas Park is officially our new Lead Pastor at NLVC The Bridge.

Pastor Doug and his wife, Candice, have been joyfully married for 29 years and have two wonderful adult children who continue to bring them joy. With more than 30 years of ministry experience, Pastor Doug has served the Lord in Los Angeles, Seoul, Korea, and the NJ NY area. By God’s grace, he is now back in LA to shepherd and walk with our community.

His heart is to disciple and equip God’s people to live out their calling with passion and purpose. Anyone who spends time with him will quickly notice his prayer that every person he meets would walk away loving Jesus more, becoming more like Him, and doing what Jesus does.

Outside of ministry, Pastor Doug loves taking long walks with Candice, enjoying good meals and coffee, and spending quality time with family. If he could meet anyone in the Bible besides Jesus, he says he would choose Daniel because of his godliness, courage, and wisdom while living in Babylon.

Bridge family, let’s welcome Pastor Doug and Candice with love and prayer as we step into this new season together. We are grateful for how God is leading our church and excited for what He will do in and through our community.
