Every teenager’s question: Will I be successful? 🤔

Fact:
We are here to live life for the glory of God.
With God we can do all things (for God).

Food for thought:
Our THINKING conditions our ACTIONS .
ACTIONS is what constitutes BEHAVIOR.
Repeated BEHAVIOR determines our HABITS.
Our HABITS are the structure of our CHARACTER.
CHARACTER is what guides who we are, our actions and our THOUGHTS .

Summation :
Our character is what determines our future!

Question:
Do I have a growth mindset or a fixed mindset?
Are my desires God’s desires? (Aka are we on the same plan?)

Verdict:
A successful future is determined by Godly character continually developed through a Christian growth mindset grounded in the factual Word of God

Ponderosa can seem pretty surreal at first—one thousand campers, epic team competitions, cinematic camp themes, balcony-shaking music, and virtually endless activities, all at 5200 feet elevation in the national forest. But once you settle in you’ll realize that Pondy is actually very real—breakout groups with your peers and youth pastor, sunrise worship by lake, and a thousand simple moments where you notice the Gospel at play in your heart and all around you.
Ponderosa truly is the best of both worlds where you can escape the regular routines of life while rediscovering all the things that a life in Christ provides.

SPACE IS LIMITED. COMMITMENT IS SUPER IMPORTANT.
Tuition for Camper: $665 (PCC family), $750 (Friends)

Price includes: Meals, Lodging, Program, Camp T-shirt and Photo
Snacks and extra crafts at free time are available at an additional cost. Note: Money for additional snacks and crafts may be added to the camper account through the registration page. All camp activities are included at no additional cost.

Note: Youth of all ages will be going up to camp all in the same week. Although they kids will be on different camp area within Hume according to their age… we will all be up there on the mountain.
