Pastors Beth Lockard (Christ the King Deaf Church, Philadelphia) and Lori Fuller (Palms Deaf Church, Florida) will be visiting Jan. 11-12, to support Deaf inclusion at St. Matt's. Please join us!

Our worship service will be in ASL and English. Sunday Jan. 11, 10:30am. Our own Sharing Hands members will serve as worship assistants and assist with Breaking Bread (lunch) after the service.

There will be a conversation on Deaf inclusion in the church, Monday, Jan 12, 6:15pm (with pizza!) Genuine inclusion is more than simply hiring interpreters. We will talk about how we can make both Deaf and hearing people feel at home in our church. Contact Sharyl ([email protected]) if you plan to attend (so that we have enough pizza).

Sharing Hands will meet with Pastors Beth and Lori on Sunday afternoon at 12:45pm. Afterwards there will be time for fun and fellowship. Sharing Hands members are invited to join Pastors Lori and Beth for dinner that evening. Contact Neil ([email protected]) for more information. .
