When life feels uncertain, our instinct is often to seek more control. But faith invites us into a different posture: trust.

Jesus reminds us, "Do not worry about tomorrow; tomorrow will take care of itself." (Matthew 6:34)

Trust doesn't mean pretending challenges don't exist. It means believing that God is already present in them. The same God who has carried you through every season of your life is with you today.

Take a moment today to pause, breathe, and offer God whatever is weighing on your heart.

Corpus Christi at Blessed Sacrament Hollywood
What a beautiful celebration of the Solemnity of Corpus Christi.
From the Eucharistic Procession through our parish grounds to the reverent celebration of Mass, we were reminded that Christ is truly present among us, guiding us, nourishing us, and drawing us together as one family of faith.
Thank you to everyone who participated, carried banners, served in ministry, sang in the choir, and helped make this day such a meaningful witness to our parish community.

As we carried the Blessed Sacrament in procession, we proclaimed a simple but powerful truth: Jesus walks with His people.

Have you ever prayed and felt like heaven was quiet?

You’re not alone.

Some of the greatest heroes of faith walked through seasons where God seemed distant. Yet Scripture reminds us that God is often doing His deepest work in the silence. Seeds grow underground long before anyone sees the fruit. In the same way, God may be strengthening your faith, shaping your character, and preparing your future in ways you cannot yet see.

Faith is not trusting God only when He speaks loudly. Faith is trusting Him even when all you can hear is silence.

Today, if you're waiting for answers, healing, direction, or peace, don't give up. Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep showing up. God has not forgotten you.

"Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him." — Psalm 37:7

What if the interruption is the invitation?

We often ask God to remove the inconvenience, fix the delay, or clear the obstacle. But throughout Scripture, some of God's greatest moments happened in what seemed like interruptions.

Moses noticed a burning bush.
The disciples stopped for a blind beggar.
The Good Samaritan paused on a busy road.
Mary's entire life changed through an unexpected message.

Perhaps God is speaking in the conversation you didn't plan to have, the person who needs your attention, or the moment that disrupted your schedule.

Before rushing through today, ask:

"Lord, what are You trying to show me that I might otherwise miss?"

Grace often arrives disguised as an interruption.
