آزادی یک فرآیند است، نه یک میانبُر.
مرحله ۱: فشار اجتماعی
اعتراض، شکستن ترس و هزینهدادن مردم انجام شده،
اما بهتنهایی کافی نیست.
مرحله ۲: فرسایش سرکوب
سرکوب تضعیف شده،
اما هنوز با اعتصاب پایدار و نافرمانی سازمانیافته از کار نیفتاده.
مرحله ۳: شکاف تعیینکننده در قدرت
گذار واقعی وقتی شروع میشود که
انشقاق عملی در قدرت و فلج تصمیمگیری شکل بگیرد.
این مرحله هنوز رخ نداده.
مرحله ۴: رفراندوم واقعی
رفراندوم فقط زمانی معنا دارد که
رأی آزاد، نهاد مستقل و امنیت رأیدهنده وجود داشته باشد.
رفراندوم پایان این مسیر است، نه آغاز آن.
بایدها:
• فشار پایدار و سازمانیافته
• نافرمانی مدنی هدفمند
• حفظ تکثر صداها
نبایدها:
• پرش از مراحل
• منجیسازی
• رفراندوم زودهنگام و نمایشی
بدون شکاف واقعی در قدرت،
رفراندوم آزادی نمیسازد.
Freedom is a process — not a shortcut.
Stage 1: Social Pressure
Protest, fear-breaking, and public cost have happened,
but they are not enough on their own.
Stage 2: Erosion of Repression
Repression is weakened,
but sustained strikes and organized civil disobedience are still missing.
Stage 3: Decisive Power Fracture
Real transition begins when power splits
and decision-making becomes paralyzed.
This has not yet occurred.
Stage 4: Genuine Referendum
A referendum only makes sense with
free voting, independent institutions, and voter safety.
A referendum is the end of the process — not the beginning.
Do: sustained pressure, organized action, plural voices.
Don’t: skip stages, create saviors, push premature referendums.
Without real fractures in power,
a referendum does not produce freedom.
