SGI USA Pearl & Jewel Chorus The Chorus formed in 1964 originally named "HImawari" meaning Sunflower.1981 renamed Pearl Chorus by Pres, Ikeda and in 2014 added male voices Jewels.

Pearl Chorus is dedicated to singing culturally rich and inspiring songs promoting World Peach through songs that enrich the spirit and heart. Pearl Chorus has song at various events such as, SGI-USA local and national meetings, various community and interfaith events including a choral contest at Soka University in Japan and been singing at the annual Soka University of America's May international festival.
