CBCON2025: “The Calling” Workshop. This workshop on vocations was one of the highlights of our conference this year. Shoutout to our speaker for her amazing talk and sharing and our wonderful panelists
and for an honest and heartfelt peek into how God calls us in various ways, when we least expect it. Special thanks to Fr Louie for spending the day with us despite his busy schedule, and for inspiring our young SFCs to truly seek out God’s purpose for our lives.🙏

Renewed in Hope 🙏 Our West x Northwest CLP for 2025 is one for the books! It was timely during the season of Lent, we were able to go through many lows and highs together. Praise God for being with us every step of the way, and for our newly dedicated brothers and sisters in Christ 🙌 We are excited and look forward filled with hope for the rest of this Jubilee year and what God has in store for all of us!

First Friday Mass, Stations of the Cross and Lenten Soup Service at Christ the King 🙏 We are grateful to team up with our CFC ministry who served as the choir and our very own led us through the stations. Thank you to our generous donor and birthday celebrant Tita Lynette who cooked the delicious soup and warmed up everyone in this cold beautiful spring night midway through Lent.

It’s official – The Christian Life Program is back!

As we prepare for Jubilee, a year of renewal and hope, we invite you to join us for an 8-week journey that will deepen your faith and remind us that in Christ, all things are possible.

Just as Jubilee 2025 calls us that “Hope Does Not Disappoint” (Romans 5:5), this program will renew our hearts and strengthen our faith journey, knowing that “with God, all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26).

🔥 IGNITE 2025 SFC Leaders Retreat 🔥Thank you to the core team and our chapter leaders who attended the SFC Leaders Retreat this weekend! The theme was “Ignite” (sorry SoCal wildfires, we thought of it first)…but we leaned into the theme and are extremely grateful for the chance to be together in a safe space, breathe fresh air, and reflect on God’s goodness amidst the craziness surrounding us. So many highlights…from the talk sessions that reminded us about sparking our joy for service and how to cultivate ardent hearts that continuously burn with passion for our Lord and His people, and remembering that Jesus always walks with us…to the insightful workshops on Accompaniment and Discernment…to the fun plenary workshop where we got a chance to collaborate with other chapters in solving for real life challenges in our ministry. This was followed by a beautiful mass at the chapel, a taco fiesta, and households with fellow leaders which was super awesome 🙌 Day 2 was a high energy session by Kuya JY followed by a productive activity that allowed us to create a vision for our chapter 🗺️ we are all excited for all the good things we want to make happen for West Northwest, and we ask for all of your continued support and prayers and guidance as we create a path forward in our area of Los Angeles where so many people are in need of experiencing Christ. 🙏

What a blessing to be able to serve as volunteers at the 22nd Simbang Gabi of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles at the beautiful Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels! 🙏 This year’s theme was: “Journeying together in Christ as pilgrims of HOPE.” We were so happy to also see our SFC siblings from and 🙌 So proud of our Filipino heritage and traditions, and we pray on this Gaudete Sunday to always be a source of JOY and be filled with the spirit of rejoicing. 🙏
