In 1957, 9-year-old C.K. Butler sat proudly atop his family’s 1953 Oldsmobile Super 88, unaware that God was preparing him for a lifetime of service.
Nearly seven decades later, that same young person serves as our Chief Overseer, faithfully leading with wisdom, humility, courage, and unwavering devotion to Christ.
Today, we celebrate not only his birthday, but the life, leadership, and faithfulness of a man who has inspired countless people to trust God, love His Church, and remain steadfast through every season.
To us, he is more than a leader. He is our timeless leader. He is our Person of the Year. We honor our Chief Overseer.
