The media kit I mentioned about Ralph's in Porter Ranch responding to an interfaith leader who pointed out being racially profiled by **banning him and his family for life from all Ralphs and Food4Less markets upon threat of arrest** can be found at BLM Media Kit | CSL Granada Hills. This is an extreme and unconscionable response to a peaceful attempt by a Porter Ranch resident to resolve a personal attack by a Ralph's employee. The letter also says he may face legal issues if he even contacts ANY Ralph's or Food4Less employee -- leaving him no chance for discussion, or recourse.

As a spiritual community, we are allies to people of all faiths, races and gender expression. We feel it is beyond ridiculous that this man of peace and understanding has been kept from shopping at his local market, and from using his local bank within the the supermarket, because of the bad behavior of an employee of Ralph's who he tried to gently correct by speaking to the manager. This incident occurred in May, and all attempts by our friend, and our community, to reach Ralph's or the parent company Kroger have been completely ignored. Please help us do whatever it takes to restore basic human decency to business dealings in Porter Ranch.

Our community's social action to seek a remedy -- WILL RALPH'S MAKE IT RIGHT? For one of our leaders, who has received a highly suspect and very extreme letter banning he and his family for life from all Ralphs and Food 4 Less Stores. Corporate offices have not responded 4 months later.
