We invite students of all ages (and teachers) to join us Sunday, September 13th during our 8:00am and 10:30 am services for a special blessing of the backpacks! Students are invited to bring their backpacks to church where we will pray for the upcoming school year and bless the backpacks! Participants will also receive a holy keychain to put on their backpacks as a reminder of God's love.

Stay for our Ministry Fair and discover the many opportunities to learn, serve, connect, and grow at Pohick Church. Whether you’re new to Pohick or have been here for years, come find out where you belong and how you can be part of our church community. Let’s begin the school year together—with faith, hope, and a reminder that we never walk alone.

THE POHICK CHURCH CRAB FEAST IS BACK!

It’s one of our favorite traditions of the year, and we’re doing it again!

Join us for an afternoon of great food, live music, family fun, and good old-fashioned fellowship at the annual Pohick Church Crab Feast Fundraiser. And yes, the Pohick Pickers will be playing!

The annual Pohick Church Crab Feast Fundraiser this year will be held in the Church Parish Hall, on the Saturday following Labor Day, 12 September 2026 from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

The menu this year will include Crabs, Fried Fish, Steamed Shrimp, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Pork and Chicken Barbeque Sandwiches and Hot Dogs for the Kids. As always Sodas and other beverages (Except Beer and Wine) are included in the price of your ticket. The cost will be $35.00 per adult (ages 18 and older), $15 for children ages 12 to 17 and children under 12 are free.

Come join us for an afternoon of family fun. And YES, the Pohick Pickers will be playing. Tickets can be purchased through the church office or at the door.

Join us this Sunday, 8/23 for Rev. Ted’s last Sunday at Pohick. We have been so blessed to have him as our assistant priest and we wish him God’s many blessings in his new call to Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Mercer Island, Washington. We will have farewell receptions following the 8:00am and 10:30am services. Please pray for Rev. Ted and his family as the begin a new chapter in ministry!
