We are casual, laid-back, and far from perfect. We meet Sundays at 9 am and 11 am. Every service is identical. We offer classes for preschool-aged children (age 2 - 5) up to 5th grade during service times, as well as care for babies, newborn up to 2 years of age. Our Youth Group the TAKEOVER

Micah likes the black pencils with the flat edges so they don't roll off the table. He's good at spelling, he offers to proofread, and Dr. Pepper is his jam. He's not just a boy anymore. He's Micah.

That's pond rule number one from this morning's message: don't be a stranger. Once you know someone's name and story, it gets a lot harder to stay mad at them, judge them, or make rules for them. Ephesians 4:32 puts it plainly: be kind, tenderhearted, and forgiving, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.

Who is still just "one of those people" to you? What might it look like this week to learn their name and a little of their story?

God calls you His masterpiece, made for good things He planned long ago. Most of us believe that about everyone but ourselves.

This morning, guest teacher Stephanie Schleyer walks us through the Pond Rules and what they have to say to all of us. Elementary kids are in the Service with us, activity booklets in hand. Go ahead and skip breakfast; we have popcorn, and plenty of it.

See you at 9 or 11 in person, or online at https://nhc.click/live.

Every pond has rules. In Hoppers, they hold a whole community together: don't be a stranger, when you gotta eat, eat, and we're all in this together. Turns out those rules work just as well on dry land.

Tomorrow,Stephanie Schleyer continues our At the Movies series with Speaking Up for What Matters, and she's bringing the Pond Rules to all of us, kids and grown-ups alike.

Our elementary kids will join us in the Service with their very own activity booklets to follow along. There will also be popcorn. An unreasonable, unlimited amount of popcorn.

Bring the whole family. See you at 9 or 11 in person, or online at https://nhc.click/live.

As Rusty said on Sunday, "God intended us to be a community where we walk through things together, where we love each other, we're willing to sacrifice and serve each other for a great cause, and that's to honor Jesus." At New Hope, we believe no one should have to walk through life's hardest seasons alone. That's why we offer support in so many different ways, because healing looks different for everyone.

If you're grieving the loss of a loved one, our GriefShare study offers a compassionate space to process your loss through video teaching and group discussion designed to encourage you day by day. If you or someone you love is navigating recovery or mental health challenges, Hope Rising connects our community with local professionals, peer-run groups, and both secular and faith-based resources, all in one place. And for the men in our community facing a cancer diagnosis, past or present, the Cancer Cowboys offer a place to talk, connect, and find encouragement from others who understand the fight.

Wherever you are on your journey, we want to walk it with you. More information at https://vid.us/319dir.

Some of what we call love costs us nothing. We give out of what we have extra of, and often to people who will give something back.

In Sunday's message, Pastor Rusty was honest about that pattern in his own life, then pointed us to what Jesus actually asks.

Pay attention this week to what your love is costing you. Where might God be inviting you to love someone in a way you actually feel?
