Oh man! After 3 long years, the concession trailer is ready to roll! Erin Cockfield Grall and I are super excited to break it in serving the teachers and staff at Daisy Elementary School tomorrow! Shout out to Keith Wagoner, David Bunch and everyone who had a hand in helping pulling this thing together!

Good Friday is only "good" because it wasn't "good" for Christ. Jesus endured being beaten, slapped, spit upon, humiliated, whipped, only to then be nailed to a cross, crucified as a rebellious blasphemer in front of the same crowds who had cheered him on just 5 days prior.

Jesus didn't deserve this...we did. Jesus didn't deny death...He embraced it. Jesus didn't die on the cross because we were worthy...He died because we weren't worthy.

I pray this Good Friday that God will reveal this to you...for the first time...or once again. "But God proves His own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

It's Friday...it is finished...but Sunday's coming!
