From the Pritchett family: We wanted to give an update on Amelia because a lot of people have been asking if we have a date for her to come home yet, but unfortunately, the answer is no. Although she is making great progress and we are so proud of her, she still has a few things to accomplish before discharge. One of which is learning how to eat from a bottle instead of the feeding tube. She tried a bottle for the first time two weeks ago and loved it, and is slowly doing better and better with it. Amelia is now up to 7lbs, in newborn clothes, and size 1 diapers. She has come a long way from 14oz at birth, preemie clothes that looked humongous on her, and diapers that were the size of a crayon and were still big. We’re thanking God for all the answered prayers & miracles we’ve had the privilege of watching him work in our little girl & also thankful for all of your continued prayers and support!
